Sir,
With due respects. I beg to report a theft of my bicycle. In the morning I went to Gandhi Market to purchase some necessary things. I locked the bicycle and parked it outside the market. After one hour, when I came back, I was shocked to find my bicycle missing. I made enquires from the neighbouring shopkeepers and searched it everywhere but it was untraceable.
It is a new 'Atlas' bicycle. It is of dark blue colour, bearing the number 0-241456.
I shall be thankful to you if you please help me in tracing it out.
