Physical power is very necessary for existence. Good health is all in all for man's life. Physical exercise is an important means to make one's body healthy and strong. Exercise are of two kinds : (i) Physical exercise and (ii) Mental exercise.
Physical exercise means physical work and mental exercise means any work that is done with the mind. Physical exercise can be taken in many ways for example Dand-Baithak, walking, running and riding in the open field. We may swim or row the boat. Physical exercise may be done at any time but morning time for it is the best time. The place for the exercise should be an open place where there is free movement of pure air. Exercise should never be taken after meals.
For success in life, power and health are as necessary as the power of wealth and education. Physical exercise improves our power and health. It makes our body healthy and strong. If body is healthy, mind will also become sound. A sound mind in a sound body is a source of joy and happiness. A healthy man is always cheerful. He enjoys life.
People who work hard all day at manual labour, do not need any other physical exercise. But persons who do mental work for most of the time in the day need physical exercise. They must take physical exercise to keep their body healthy and strong.
Physical exercise improves our health. It makes our body healthy and strong. As the body and the mind are closely connected, so the mind also becomes sound.
Exericse should be taken in an open space where there is fresh and pure air. Walking is a good exercise. It has many advantages. We should walk in the open field. It makes our lungs healthy and strong. We should have sound mind is a sound body. Physical exercise should be done regularly to make us active, strong and healthy.
